- Information you provide. When you book a demo, join a product waitlist, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, and agency name.

- Customer data. When an agency uses SmartCSR, the Service processes form submissions and related client information on that agency’s behalf. The agency controls that data; we act as a service provider (processor).

- To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
- To send product updates and occasional marketing, from which you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, hosting via Cloudflare, demo scheduling via TidyCal, and email delivery), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.
